Drag and drop is a little flaky when editing the sidebar (sometimes the gaps don't open up, and the widget just sits there when I drop it).
Also, If I try to drag up past the top of the page (scroll up) to place a box, it the page won't scroll. And if the box was already in the sidebar I can't even pick it up to drag it.

These bugs notwithstanding, I think it would be good to have a little open/close feature on each sidebar box (in editing mode), so I can toggle between a title view and a title+parameter view. This would eliminate the need to do a lot of scrolling/dragging. Also, putting the set of widget boxes on the left into a scrollable container would help the left side scroll independently of the right.

Some, but not all, of these are probably dupes of other tickets. I apologize for the laundry list. If I get a chance to work on them I'll submit patches.
