it would be great if typo could support this kind of identity management technologies, which can basically eliminate comment/trackback spam and serve as a foundation for a sane social web. It seem sam ruby ahas a first implementation of OpenId for rails

Disable content observer as it seems to be broken. Tests still pass. Closes #959
