The Login Screen or even sign-up box at start up looks a little blan. The design has nothing to do with the current admin template, and it could use some features like 'go back to blog', 'forgot password' and 'remember me'. The new design needs to have some color that resembles the admin control panel, and it needs some 'eye candy'.

This enhancement would be extremely easy to impliment for the 4.0 milestone, not even 10 minutes would stop someone developing it.
