tag cloud sizing issue with only a few tags

Description
I think there are some sizing issues with the tag cloud if there are only a few, in my test case two (typo,VoIP) - tags defined. See attached screen shot.

Heh, nice. I'll add a limiter for how big the fonts can get. The algorithm is pretty simple right now, and could use a bit of work. I'll commit a simple fix in a minute, but I wouldn't mind someone else taking the tag sidebar over and reworking it a bit (hint, hint).
