Description
When an article is responded to, either with a comment or with a trackback, the response is not immediately marked as published and displayed on the site but remains in a pending queue for the administrator to check before marking as visible.
In the case of AJAX comments, the comment will still be displayed for the commenter at the time she responds, but she will be warned that it may be a while before the comment appears on the wider site.

I hope this UserStory will be implement any time soon. The German law have chanced lately. So a blog provider (as I am) must ensure that he is in complete control of every comment. This is indeed a bit problematic when Typo publishes comments automatically. I am personally not a big fan of this law novelle, but I have to deal with if I didn't want to get admonished by a stuipid moneygrubbing lawyer.
Thx, Toby

German law requires blog comments to be vetted by the admin before being displayed? That's preposterous! How could they possibly enforce that? That sounds similar to the fact that non-validating web pages are illegal in Britain (due to their disabilities act), but I can't imagine they even try and enforce that.
