Description

The frontpage admin features must be triggered by cookie in the js. Otherwise everyone will see them if the admin is the first visitor to the article posted...

(In r344) Frontpage now decides weather to display admin links based on a cookie, comment form is prefilled from cookies by JS (Damien Pollet) closes #164, #165
