Description

Because of static page cache the fields must be prefilled from cookies in JS.

Made categories drag'n'drop sortable in category admin, also provides a quick and easy way to one-click sort them alphabetically (closes #308) [atmos]

(In r344) Frontpage now decides weather to display admin links based on a cookie, comment form is prefilled from cookies by JS (Damien Pollet) closes #164, #165
