Description

Initial implementation of the new Administration interface. Hopefully some new JS goodness courtesy of script.aculo.us and Prototype.

Fix checkbox settings. Before, they were effectively set to status||default. Now they're set to status. Closes #1026

You can now check out the new, W.I.P. admin interface located in branches/admin. The reason I've went ahead and checked it in now is that I'm hoping someone will hop in and try to help finish it up. I've got a lot of client work and thus don't want to stall Typo's push forward.

Please, get to hacking!
